Four Color Ads
Electronic file recommended: MAC or PC format - Adobe PDF file (see below for PDF specs), QuarkXpress Ver 4.0 up (must supply fonts), InDesign CS (must supply fonts), 300 DPI, CMYK & quality color laser proof or EPS (Illustrator) file format only, fonts outlined, 300 DPI, CMYK & quality color laser proof or TIFF files at 300 DPI, CMYK & quality color laser proof.

Extra Charges
Artwork received not to specifications, non-camera-ready or containing errors will be modified at client's expense.

Agency Commissions
A standard 15 percent agency commission is allowed to recognized agencies.

PDF Specifications
All ads submitted in PDF format must have:

  • All images in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI
  • All fonts embedded or outlined
  • Please forward a full-color proof
  • Call with any questions regarding PDF specifications.
