Media Center Media Gallery Dear Media Personnel: Thank you for covering the 34th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. We will begin accepting media credential requests for the 35th Anniversary Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, April 16-19, 2009, on December 1. All requests for Long Beach media credentials must be postmarked by Friday, March 20, 2009.  All media outlets must submit their requests in writing on company letterhead stating the name of person or persons needing credentials and his or her function at the race.  The letter must come from the editor or producer.  We do not accept requests from freelance journalists, writers or photographers, nor do we accept faxes or e-mails. If you are a freelancer working for a credited news outlet, then the request must come from the person you are working for. After we have processed your credentials, there will be no changing or switching of names.  Due to space allocation within the race circuit, we reserve the right to limit the number of credentials issued for each news outlet and also to limit your accessibility to different areas.
